Admissions Overview

Admission to Bhaktivedanta Academy is a multi-step process with the aim of helping families find the best match between their child and the school. Every application is carefully considered and in no way will a child be denied admission on the basis of race, gender, color, religion, or national origin.

We highly encourage any family considering enrolling their child to first visit the school. Our classrooms are open to visitors from October through May. Please contact us to schedule a visit and class observation.

The first step in the admissions process is to submit a new student admissions application online. The application, associated questionnaire, and non-refundable $75 fee must be received before a child can be considered for enrollment. Click the button below to get started:

Upon receipt of your application, we will contact you to setup a school visit, if not already done, and to review any additional student evaluation and/or records that will need to be performed/provided as part of the application review process.

Once it is determined that a child, family, and the school are a good match, acceptance will be offered based upon the following criteria:

  • Classroom space availability;
  • Whether the prospective student is a sibling of a currently enrolled student;
  • Balancing of ages and genders in each classroom;
  • Date of application.

Upon acceptance, your childʼs space in the class is reserved for 2 weeks. Before the end of the 2 week period you will need to complete the remainder of the online enrollment process, remit the $175 registration fee, and submit a signed enrollment agreement. Once the signed agreement is received or the 2-week reservation period ends without notification of your intent not to enroll, the all fees become non-refundable.

We look forward to the opportunity to consider your child for enrollment at Bhaktivedanta Academy. Please review the other sections of the site for information on tuition and fees, and financial aid. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
